After lifting legs this morning, got to the pool and did the following with James:
300 swim
100 kick no fins
300 pull
400 - 8 x 50's kick with fins
1650 - 3 x (150 pull, 8 x 50's alternate Stroke/Free) first round on 1:00, 2nd on :55, 3rd on :50
Run through the workout three times.
8,250 yards total in 2:40
