450 - 6 x 75's Breathing Drills on 1:30
1200 - 12 x 100's free desc 1-4 on 1:45
Lots of rest so no slacking! Got under 1:20, 1:15, 1:10, 1:05 3 times through1600 - 8 x 200's pull desc 1-4 on 3:00 First four agility paddles, last four large paddles
got under 1:15, 1:12, 1:08, 1:05400 IM
800 - 16 x 50's kick with fins alternate back/front/free/fly by 50
1000 Free strong
400 finger paddles focus on catch!
6,250 yards total in 1:50 Looking forward to an evening swim in the GSL. Going for one mile!
