This morning I hit the snooze button, and it didn't come back for round two, so I woke up late and got to the pool an hour late. Boo!
Did the Masters workout twice through, just as James was leaving:
500 - 300 free, 200 stroke
200 - 4 x 50's kick
1800 - 3 x (400 pull, 200 back/breast) go strong
500 - 4 x 125's (first round do weighted 25's, 100 strong, second round Kick with fins)
6,000 yards total in 1:45
