No rest for the slow

This morning I got to Steiner at 6:15 and did the following before swimming with Wes' coaching:

12 x 200's - 150 free/50 choice

Then did Wes' ultimate speed workout:

300 free on 4:00
200 pull on 2:30
100 kick strong
1800 - 3 x (3 x 200's)
First round descending on 1:20, 1:15, 1:10 pace, Second round ascending on 1:10, 1:15, 1:20 pace, Third round hold steady on 1:10/100 base
I struggled on the second and third sets of each and ended up flip turning right into them.  No rest for the slow!
900 - 3 x (3 x 100's)
First round descending on 1:20, 1:15, 1:10, Second round pull steady on 1:15, Third round ascending on 1:10, 1:15, warmdown

200 kick
100 easy

6,000 yards total in 1:30
