This morning after my resistance training I did:
1000 free
2000 - 2 x (200 IM, 4 x 200's free descending) on 3:15
Descended the free from 2:45 - 2:152000 - 1000 startrek paddles, 500 large paddles, 500 finger paddles
500 - 2 x (100 IM, 75 back, 50 breast, 25 free)
500 - 5 x 100's odd free, even stroke on 1:30/2:00
6,000 yards total in 1:48
