This morning I worked out with Cathi at the gym, and only had an hour and a half to swim due to a baptism I was going to attend. So I did:
1000 - 500 easy, 500 kick
2000 - 2000 pull easy
1000 - 4 x (100 IM, 75 breast, 50 breast, 25 free)
4,000 yards total in 1:20
