100 - 4 x 25's one breath
Then did the workout all over again.

Tonight I am doing a presentation to the youth in my ward on goal setting, and discussing the English Channel swim from last year. Should be fun.
I was so caught up in the New Years Race up till now, that I was slow to get my head shaved in support of my good friend Goody. But yesterday afternoon that was resolved, and I let my 5 year old do the job for me. He did great! Followed it up with a razor in the shower.
