Today I was on my own since Masters doesn't meet in the mornings at NWRC on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I made up my own workout:

500 kick with fins

500 pull no strap paddles

500 - 5 x 100's free star trek paddles on 1:30

500 - 250 kick no fins, 250 anti paddles
500 free
500 IM
6,000 yards total in 1:10
Felt drained at the 5,500 mark which was perfect.
