Today's swim was very refreshing! I didn't worry about going fast, just focused on a long strong stroke, consistent bilateral breathing. Relaxing my arms, doing a good bend, and exhaling.

Hi Gordon, my husband and I have been browsing your blogs and had so much fun. We love the turkey hands on your son. Spencer was a swimmer in high school and has swam here and there but he is inspired by your achievements. He wants to keep up on you and maybe join you sometimes. Remember if you want to ever bring your family out here to Dinosaur country you always have a place to stay.
