200 Easy
100 Kick
200 Pull
Set 1:
6 x 100 Kick with 15 sec. rest
Build 1-3 & 4-6
Set 2:
6 x 150 Free with 20 sec. rest
Descend 1-3 & 4-6
Set 3:
4 x 300 Pull with 20 sec.
Desc 1-4
200 Cool Down

4 x 100 Kick with 30 sec. rest
1&3 - easy, 2&4 - strong
Set 2:
