Taper swim with the Crabs

This morning Cathi woke me up at 4:30.  I forgot to set the alarm.  So I got to the pool just in time to join masters and not get my pre-masters warmup.  With the meet tomorrow Pat's workout was more about good form, and quality streamlining:

300 free easy
100 kick
100 IM

300 easy
300 - 3 x 100's pull
75 - 3 x 25's focus on streamline and good push off.
150 - 3 x 50's catch up free
75 - 3 x 25's distance per stroke

200 easy
200 - 2 x 100's pull
100 - 2 x 50's streamline and good push

300 - Did about 6 block start 50's

Then moved to the north end of the pool and did a cooldown

400 kick with fins
100 free easy
500 pull

2,700 yards total in 1:15

I took the day off work to ensure that all the loose ends of the meet preparation are completed.  Lots to do and don't want to stress about it while at work and rush to get it done this evening.
