This morning I did the following with the Masters team. Workout provided by Lynette which came from effortlessswimming.com @ month 4:
Warmup: 10 x 100's (50 kick/drill)
600 - 6 x 100's IM build 1-3
400 - 8 x 50's 25 fast/easy
300 drill/swim
400 - 8 x 50's easy/fast
300 drill swim
400 - 8 x 50's build
200 easy
150 - 6 x 25's sprint
100 Relay swimming (Swam 50 free and 25 fly/25 recover)
Total: 3,850 yards total in 1:20
Then had a coaches meeting with Kris, Lynette, Kirsten and Craig which was very productive. Lots of stuff to do.
