1000 pull
1000 - 2 x 500's no equip on 7:30
1000 - 5 x 200's no equip on 3:00
1000 - 10 x 100's odd IM drill, even free on 2:00/1:30
800 pull
800 - 2 x 400's free long stretch and good arm bend.
800 - 4 x 200's free descend 1-4 on 3:00
800 - 8 x 100's kick with fins
600 pull
600 - 2 x 300's free easy
600 - 3 x 200's free descend 1-3 on 3:00
600 - 6 x 100's odd IM, even free on 2:00/1:30
400 pull
400 - 2 x 200's free on 3:00
400 - 4 x 100's kick with fins
400 - 4 over unders + 200 IM
100 free cooldown
12,300 yards total in 3:30
Took a cold shower afterwards instead of a warm one. I'm going to make that a tradition from now on. Once a week dips in cold water isn't gonna cut it.
