Today was my first day swimming here at Ricks. The pool was very hot and I died early. I planned out a 3400 w/o but cheated and left early.
I kept getting terrible cramps in the arch of my foot. I tried masseusing it but it didn't really help.
Ricks finally invested in a clock to work out to. Same old ugly and uncomfortable swim shorts though.
