This was the first real workout here at Ricks where I didn't feel like a weak poofter afterwards. No lane lines, thus it was very wavy. I worked out just after I spent 3 hours in computer lab. My head was spinning terribly from concentration. After the workout I felt completely better.

Except now I want to go to bed.
