I felt good about this workout. Especially the :30 50 fly. I was impressed that I was able to get those first 4 x 100's close to the goal. The rest of the 100's I beat the goal I set.
The reason I was stoked was because there is a girl's choice dance tonight, and no girl asked me. Not that I am acquainted with too many girls. Two possibilities and neither took the opportunity. I remember the way it was my first semester. I thought this semester would be better. I still am in a girl famine. I was quite angry contemplating this fact so it gave me the rage I needed to finish this workout and to get the times I needed.
