I felt really good about that 200. I looked up at the 100 split and saw that I had a :55 100. I wanted to get it under 2:00 at that point, but ended up with a 2:03. I did a good job of psyching up for it. Also the 100 free went well. That one fast guy from last week came, except he brought a friend who slowed him down, and he swam a 100 fly in 1:13. I want to get the 100 fly under 1:00 ath the Ricks meet. And I want to get my 100 free below :50! It is going to take alot of work to get those goals but they are reachable if I keep working out and getting my mind full of rage during sprints. It really helps. I wrote a poem about rage in my list of poems. It is about getting psyched before swimming.
