250 - 10 x 25's free good push off and kick on 1:00
500 - 10 x 50's descending stroking on 1:00
50 - sprint fly (got below :31)
300 - ez kicking
2450 total
This workout was one of the easiest workouts I've done since coming home. No pressure, just did it. Except I had planned on doing a few more set but it got crowded and I was ready to say forget it. I just wanted to get a good time in the 50 fly. I was pleased to get a :31.
