200 - 2 x 100's Sprint each 100 (:58, 1:02)

200 - 8 x 25's Grounder and let out air for 2 sec then push off wall and swim 25 w/no breath
200 - 8 over unders
875 - 9 x 75's fly 25, back 25, breast 25
125 - ez

I felt really good about that 100 under 1:00! I totally expected to get about a 1:05 and then I look up at the end and see a :58 second 100! I didn't even jump in, plus I had a Ricks suit on (which has about 5 pounds of drag on it) so I was thrilled with that set.
The last set I was very tempted to just quit. But I followed through and finished the workout. Very crowded pool and then when I finished there was hardly anyone there. I think the reason why I got under 1:00 in the 100 was because before I went under the water and pulled my hair, yelled and got myself mad and acted like a madman and dude does it work. I need to keep that in mind before races and I will swim faster
