Today I met Sherri Stone. She is a lady in her mid thirties who is coaching a couple other kids that swim the same time I do. She is wanting to get a swim meet going for Ricks Intramurals. She knows many swimmers down in Salt Lake. She knows Robynn and Kristen, and Jennifer Waterbury. We talked for quite a while about the swim teams and people who swim in Salt Lake. It was fun. I got complimented today by a few people on my swimming.
Which is only because I was sprinting mainly today.
This here workout is dedicated to Sarah Madsen who taught me to ski last Thursday. She is so cool. I am asking her out for tonight. May more than just this workout be dedicated to her!
