He stated that he wanted to take first in Intramurals, "hopefully". Well, frankly it depends on if he is racing me in my events or not. He no longer scares me. I am enraged, he is not.

Today no one was in the pool except me, so I went pretty well. I tried to keep the rage, but was unable to keep it to the extreme like I was last night.
Last night I went to a stake dance. Sarah was there. I danced with her and after that she took off without really saying goodbye, so I followed her thinking she was going to get a drink and wanted me to follow. She went to talk to some girlfriends and I stood back a few feet to not step in her circle unless she wanted. Obviously she didn't because she saw me and took off again. I sat down for a few minutes, and the brain was just a moving trying to figure out what just happened.
I went home and happened to go into Chris' room and noticed a dance picture with 3 couples forming a pyramid. Guess who was on the top with the prettiest smile - you got it, Sarah. I was so filled with anger I sucked on about 5 lollipops and did calisthenics in my room for an hour and a half and listened to Nine Inch Nails and dude I haven't done this in a while ....
But I cut myself. I was so insane like I was before my mission that I cut myself to enjoy the pain. For I would rather feel physical pain than emotional pain. So I bled on my right biceps for a while and it burned. I must admit it did feel good compared to the pain I was feeling in my heart just moments before.
I went to bed around 11:30 and tried to conjure up that anger in the morning so I could keep that energy it gave me. Plus the feeling of physical strength I felt that night. But it hasn't stayed like I wanted. It really is too bad that emotion comes and goes like this. That is my biggest problem with the mind, is that we are so spontaneous with our feelings. They don't last as long as we wish.
I hope Sarah says "No" to going to the formal with me. But I don't think she will have the nerve. If I could go back in time I wouldn't have asked her. But who knows she might change and things might actually work out - but I highly doubt it.
She has already had two strikes against her - one more and she is history dude.

I want to get the 100 fly under 1:00 ath the Ricks meet. And I want to get my 100 free below :50! It is going to take alot of work to get those goals but they are reachable if I keep working out and getting my mind full of rage during sprints. It really helps. I wrote a poem about rage in my list of poems. It is about getting psyched before swimming.

I remember the way it was my first semester. I thought this semester would be better. I still am in a girl famine. I was quite angry contemplating this fact so it gave me the rage I needed to finish this workout and to get the times I needed.

I cramped up pretty bad today. I wasn't too upset because I went skiing all day and I did this workout just hours after I was done. I am bruised on my butt from falling, but I was improving drastically today. I feel like I can say "I can ski" if someone were to ask me.
About halfway through the workout, some guy came in and swam 10 x 100's on 2:00 and he was nailing the first one on 1:03 and the last one on 1:08. I was impressed. He tried racing me, but I let him go because I was doing IM's and there was no way I could keep up. He was talking to another swimmer there and asked him if he was going into the Intramural swim meet for Ricks. I see this guy as my main competitor. However, we will see how many times he comes to workout. I am prepared to beat him, no matter how fast he swims in workouts and how long he can keep his endurance. I am stoked to beat him. I have already put down a few pointers before a race.

5. Sleep the night before well.
6. Drink OJ 15-30 minutes before the race

I got complimented today by a few people on my swimming.
Which is only because I was sprinting mainly today.

I was in a terrrible mood today and this workout was the highlight of my day. Very boring day today. If it weren't for this workout I would say that this day was the most worthless day I have had in my life. Both of my classes today were crap. Sarah didn't show up for Ballroom, and Computers was just a lab/work day. I am already ahead two chapters in that class so I could have done something else, but didn't know that role wasn't going to be taken. Getting a 58 on the 100 was what made my day worth something.
I concentrated on making my mind control my body. I made myself psychologically very angry making me swim faster.

I simply had no energy today, so I did a simple workout today. I crawled home afterwards. I was so tired and I swam quite slow today. I didn't feel very good about today's workout. Maybe tomorrow.

This was the first real workout here at Ricks where I didn't feel like a weak poofter afterwards. No lane lines, thus it was very wavy. I worked out just after I spent 3 hours in computer lab. My head was spinning terribly from concentration. After the workout I felt completely better.
Except now I want to go to bed.

Today was my first day swimming here at Ricks. The pool was very hot and I died early. I planned out a 3400 w/o but cheated and left early.
I kept getting terrible cramps in the arch of my foot. I tried masseusing it but it didn't really help.
Ricks finally invested in a clock to work out to. Same old ugly and uncomfortable swim shorts though.
