Last night it rained really bad and this morning I'm sure Layton was closed so I drove to SDRC to swim:

400 - 4 x 100's IM Kick
1000 - 10 x 100's Free Pulling on 2:00
200 - 200 EZ
1000 - 10 x 100's Alternate between IM and free, First 3 on 2:00, 3 on 1:45, 4 on 1:30
200 - 200 kick
200 - Grandpa swimming
5000 Yards
