Ditto

I told Cathi about yesterday's workout and she wanted to try it so I duplicated yesterday's workout:

3000 - 3 x 1000's free
350 - 100 Breast, 100 sprint (1:04), 100 EZ, 50 Breast

3350 Yards Total

Not as fun as yesterday cause I wasn't as energized, but it was still a good workout.
