I had a huge 7000 yd workout made but only did this because I lost energy, and my knee was acting up on me. Sad because of the weakness and angry because my knee is acting up again. I was happy about the 100's. I am swimming tomorrow morning at 6:00 am and then get picked up at 10:00 to go to the cabin. I am excited. Goodnight
