2nd workout was very unmotivating for me. I had no energy. Especially when Sarah came to swim. It is like I am still emotionally connected or something. I was fine until she came and then her presence took all my energy and thoughts. Very angry. Came home and went straight to bed rather than take my life. Retired at 7:30 pm.
