I only did about 800 yards of this workout. My knee began acting up on me and I was in real pain. I was very angry. I called home immediately and told mom I am going to see the doctor. She said OK but I have to come home to see him. I agreed but I can't find a ride. Jadie has a wrap bandage I can use for a while. I borrowed it for tomorrow mornings workout.
