600 - 3 x 200's descending on 4:00
400 - 4 x 100's descending on 2:00
500 - 10 x 50's alternate free and fly on 1:00 and 2:00
100 - ez
500 - 10 x 50's fly kick on 1:15
200 - 2 x 100's fast (under 1:00)

I nearly gave up on the 100's but persisted thankfully. Sarah was lifeguarding and I tried not to show any attention to her. After she left she came back and swam for a bit with Kelly. Who also made me angry as she was telling me her reason for not playing cards yesterday was because she didn't know why I called her. To play cards you stupid wench! Not everything a guy asks has fetchin double meanings.
Sarah told me "Don't make yourself a stranger." Look who's talking. I said sorry and kept on swimming. I did the last 2 100's on :55.
Sarah asked me just before I got out if she could still do the dance competition this weekend with me. I said I don't know if we can get it down by then. I think she knows I'm pissed and that is good. I don't want to be rude but I don't want her to think she has me this time.
She asked me to call her tonight. I bet it will be a lengthy discussion about what is wrong.
