500 10 x 50's suicidal (every 25- 10 tri-extensions, other 25 10 pushups)
750 10 x 75's kick on 2:15
800 4 x 200's pull descend on 4:00
100 fast ( under 1:00)
This was a good workout. There was hardly anyone in the pool to motivate me, but I motivated myself. The suicides were very hard, but the kicking right after that made my arms get back into the stretch mode for the 200's.
The ROTC fags were taking the pool till 6:30 so this was a late night workout. I swam from 6:30 to 8:30. I wanted to go see the fugitive tonight with a date, but it starts at 9:00 and it would be too late.
I am doing the triathalon with Jeremy and his friend. It is April 9th. His friend is 2nd in the nation for biking (so Jeremy says) and I know I'll kick butt in the swim which is 800 yards. Jeremy is a pretty good runner, so we should do well.
I have the dance competition in a couple days. Mom and Cara are coming up to see it and take me down to Pocatello to see Grandma and Grandpa. There came in today and are home now.
