This morning I was in the pool at 5:00 sharp and did:
3000 free straight
3000 - 2 x 1500's free (first one pull, second one no equipment)
Half way through the last set I just wasn't feeling energized, and felt like crap. Within a few minutes quite a few people got in the pool and it started to fill up. A couple people got in my lane and initiated a change to circle swimming. I didn't mind, in fact it kind of got my mind off of how tired I was. It was exactly what I needed to get back into it and swim with some umph!3000 - 1000 kick, 1000 pull, 10 x 100's alternate stroke/free on 2:00, 1:30
1500 - 2 x 750's free strong on 11:00
750 - 500 strong, 100 sprint (1:11), 100 back, 50 breast
11,250 yards in 3:18

That's nice. Whenever I get up at 0400, my wife just grumbles, "Hurry up and go....don't turn on any lights"!
