This morning's swim was awesome. I did a bunch of descending free/stroke work:

I LOVE my swimsense! I can just just zone out and swim. Check it after a long period of time and then realize I only have 100 yards left till my warm up is over. Sweetest invention ever!3500 - 10 x (250 free/100 stroke) w/10 rest
2000 free pull
2500 - 10 x (150 free/100 stroke) w/10 rest
500 kick with fins
1000 - 10 x 100's (50 free all out/50 stroke recovery) on 1:45
11,500 yards total in 3:02
