Almost there.....

1500 - 1500 yards warm up

Today's workout was a little tougher.  I didn't really like it.  The sets were too short and there was too much rest.  I like longer sets.  Plus this workout had way too much kicking in it.  I only like to do about 10% kicking or less and today's was much higher than that.
