I had my ingrown toenails taken out on Friday and they were a little sore this morning on the kick set. I had a big paper due this weekend as well as home teaching and an Elder's Quorum lesson so it was kind of stressful, but looking forward to this weekend where I can relax a little. Body feeling good, except for the big toes. But it wasn't too bad considering. Eric had his entire toe nails taken out on Thursday. If he has any more kids they may have webbed feet.

My Right arm was hurting. I think I overdid lifting yesterday. Lifted Bis and Tris with Brendon and really put on the weight. Not lifting today and eating jerky as an attempt to get some protein in there to repair the damage.

I had a bad cold the past week so I took off work for a day and quit working out so I could rest and get better. I'm feeling much better and about 85% back to normal.

Today was difficult energywise as well as soreness. I lifted pretty dang hard with Brendon on Monday and also played Racquetball hard yesterday. Pretty sore and stiff. Stretching out helped a little, but energy level was low. Swimming was slow today. Busy as well. Every lane had at least two people in it for about a half hour. The Pool Director, Doyle has said it has never been this busy. Great, I come to a pool to get away from the crowd and they follow me!

I bought a new van this last week so I haven't been in the mood for swimming much. We went to the cabin this weekend with the kids and we had alot of fun. The pool at Northwest last Thursday was too busy for me to even get in, so I worked a deal out with Connie at Northwest where I can swim at Steiner West as if I were at Northwest. I should be getting a new pass tomorrow. Steiner's pool is so much better. The water is cooler, the lanes are wider, the people swim faster there and it is probably just as fast to get there as Northwest. Tomorrow my goal is to get back up to 1800 or 2000.

Busy pool today. I played raquetball yesterday at the Redwood Center with Dad and Eric. When I got home I couldn't find my wallet and realized that I must have dropped it on the way to my car. I called the Redwood Center and it hadn't been turned in. This morning after my workout I realized with the sun just coming up maybe noone saw it so I drove out there. It was there on the grass just as I suspected. What a blessing and an answer to a desperate prayer. I didn't have any money in it, just didn't want the hassle of getting replacement cards. Today's workout was pretty good. Didn't really push it too much though.
