Today was difficult energywise as well as soreness. I lifted pretty dang hard with Brendon on Monday and also played Racquetball hard yesterday. Pretty sore and stiff. Stretching out helped a little, but energy level was low. Swimming was slow today. Busy as well. Every lane had at least two people in it for about a half hour. The Pool Director, Doyle has said it has never been this busy. Great, I come to a pool to get away from the crowd and they follow me!
