I had a bad cold the past week so I took off work for a day and quit working out so I could rest and get better. I'm feeling much better and about 85% back to normal.
800 Warmup - 200 Free, 200 touch & pull/Backhand slap, 200 Kick, 200 Breast stoke
400 - 4 x 100's Hand paddles and pool buoys on 2:00 Keeping them all under 1:15
300 - 3 x 100 IMs on 3:00
300 Cooldown - 100 Breast, 100 Free, 100 Breast
Racquetball yesterday was awesome. I was sweating a ton and played pretty well. I almost beat Eric.
