This morning I wrote up this workout on the board at NWRC:
500 free
400 kick
600 - 8 x 75's rolling IM
3000 - 4 x (500 pull desc paddle size, 200 IM, 50 free easy)
800 - 8 x 100's free desc 1-4 on 1:30
800 - 800 kick with fins
1200 - 2 x (300 free (fast, easy fast), rest 30, 200 free (fast, easy) rest 30, 100 fast!)
600 - 3 x 200's 1-IM, 2 - free, 3 - back
100 warmdown
8,000 yards total in 2:30
I was planning to swim GSL this evening, but Jacob gets his Eagle Scout Board of Review tonight. I don't mind sacrificing my swim for attending that! I've been bugging him for literally years to finish that final 1% in actually getting it. Man!
