This morning I was in the pool at 0510 and did the following workout:
800 swim
400 - 8 x 50's kick
750 - 10 x 75's free/back/free on 1:15
800 - 4 x 200's pull in 2:45
200 free
200 IM
50 easy
4000 - 10 x 400's odd pull (Agility or star trek paddles), even no equipment :15 ri
7,200 yards total in 2:00
Cathi is joining me tonight at the GSL for an evening swim right before we head off to the Friends of Great Salt Lake fundraising event. Should be fun to see fellow GSL enthusiasts there.
