No I didn't do any fly stroke, I'm talking about butterflies in my gut because I'm nervous about something going on in my life outside the pool. Anyhow so today's workout it was hard staying focused on my stroke or form.
1000 - 4x4x4
800 - 2 x (4 x 100's free descend 1-4 on 1:30)
2000 - 10 x 200's pull on 2:45
1000 - 5 x 200's kick with fins on 4:00
200 easy
5000 yards total
