Wasn't cold this morning, but wanted to swim with the wetsuit to get used to it more:
1000 - 1000 Warm up (Time the first 825 yards (750 M): 11:03)
1000 - 5 x 200's (100 One-arm fly, 100 Free/ 100 Back, 100 Breast) on 4:00
1000 - 1000 Free with looking forward outside the water every 3-4th stroke(Time the first 825 yards again (12:15)
500 - 5 x 100's free fast (1:10 - 1:15) on 2:00
100 - Grandpa swimming
3600 Yards total
