Slept in an hour extra so we got to the pool late. Good thing is that lap swim goes till noon, plus we were able to get in when the first round of 5:30 early birds started getting out. Swam the following:
1000 - 1000 warm up
1800 - 6 x (200 IM on 4:30, 100 Free on 1:30)
200 - 2 x 100's on 1:30 (got 1:15 on both)
3000 yards total
