Elayna said she didn't have much energy, and neither did I, but I still wanted to get in at least 1 mile. Need to stretch out my chest since lifting bench and flys yesterday for lunch. Today's lunch break will be spent at a meeting discussing quality so I won't be able to lift even if I wanted to. Lows are having a party tonight for Bill's Jr's Birthday. Fun to have a date with Cathi for free every once in a while.
