First time back after a long break

First swim since last Thursday. Foot feeling alot better but still not 100%

1000 - 1000 Warm up
1000 - 5 x 200 free on 4:00 (2:40-2:45)
100 - 100 Breast
1000 - 50, 100, 200, 300, 200, 100, 50 rest 30-45 between each set
200 - 4 x 50's kick IM
100 EZ

3400 Yards Total

Cathi stayed home and finished laundry. She wasn't wanting to go anyway. Biggest loser was on tonight. I felt strong tonight and fast.
