Got to the pool a little bit early and did the following:
Warmup: 800
- 400 IM
- 400 Kick with fins
Main Set: 3,300
- 8 x 200's
- 1-2 Pull
- 3-4 IM
- 5-6 Free fast (2:38, 2:41)
- 7-8 Kick
- 2 x (100 free, 50 Fly, 100 Free, 50 back, 100 Free, 50 Breast, 100 Free)
- 600 Snorkel Free
Cooldown: 100
- 50 Grandpa swimming
- 50 Under/Over
- Completely swim 25 yards underwater and then 25 free recovery
Total: 4,200 Yards
