Veteran's Day Swim

 Got to the pool a little bit early and did the following:

Warmup: 800

  • 400 IM

  • 400 Kick with fins

Main Set: 3,300 

  • 8 x 200's
    • 1-2 Pull
    • 3-4 IM
    • 5-6 Free fast (2:38, 2:41)
    • 7-8 Kick
  • 2 x (100 free, 50 Fly, 100 Free, 50 back, 100 Free, 50 Breast, 100 Free)
  • 600 Snorkel Free

Cooldown: 100

  • 50 Grandpa swimming
  • 50 Under/Over
    • Completely swim 25 yards underwater and then 25 free recovery
Total: 4,200 Yards
