Kirsten's Speed workout

Swam 1200 yards before masters:

400 warmup: 100 free, drill, kick, pull
800 - 2 x 25's kick, 2 x 50's drill, 2 x 75's free/stroke/free, 2 x 100's free, 2 x 75's free/stroke/free, 2 x 50's drill, 2 x 25's kick

250 - 10 x 25's odd off block fast, even recover on :30
500 - 10 x 50's odd fast, even recover on 1:00 (:31)
1000 - 10 x 100's odd fast, even recover on 2:00 (< 1:04)
50 easy

Then moved to the north side and did:

500 - 5 x 100's pull strong on 1:30 (get under 1:05 on all)
400 kick with fins
50 easy
100 free spring (1:03)
50 easy

5,300 yards total
