Man I've been busy with so much Utah Masters stuff. For instance, here is a spreadsheet where we are going back in the historical data for USMS Postal events as well as Go The Distance to report on Utah swimmers.
Last night I was up until 10pm cause I had a late lifting session with Jacob which was awesome. Worked Chest and shoulders hard. So I barely made it to the pool by 0600 for masters which Craig coached:
400 warmup
600 - 10 x 75's drill, swim, kick
1500 - 15 x 100's - 5 x (2 x 100's free pull on 1:30 but get under 1:10, 100 easy on 1:30 no equip)
300 - 8 x 75's stroke (no free) on 1:10
200 cool down
3,000 yards total in :50
