Was feeling a major case of lack of motivation and almost biked in to work instead, but realized that I'd be kicking myself at the summer games if I didn't do my absolute best to get in the water this week so I reluctantly got my suit on and went to the pool:

1000 - 2 x 500's kick
1000 - 10 x 100's pull on 1:28
600 - 12 x 50's free fast on 1:00 (all under :35)
200 Free strong
4000 Yards total
A bit slower than normal. It's harder to bilateral breathe too. I was feeling a bit depressed over last Saturday's SDRC Sprint meet.
