Since I had to go buy a hot water heater and replace it this morning, I missed my swim so I convinced Cathi to let me come home a little later and get in a good swim after work at the SDRC.

1000 - 2 x 500's kick. First set with fins, second without.
1000 - 10 x 100's free bilateral breathing on 1:30 (1:17 or so on each)
1000 - 5 x 200's pull on 3:00 bilateral breathing
1000 - 1000 free strong
300 - 100 fly, 100 back, 100 breast
5300 Yards total
