Seems like this workout goes well. I like the variety as well as how fast it goes by.
1000 - 1000 Free (13:26)
100 Breast
1000 - 2 x (100 Fly Kick, 100 Flutter Kick, 100 Dolphin kick on back, 100 back kick, 100 Free) with fins
1000 - 10 x 100's Free Pull on 1:30 (All under 1:11)
600 - 2 x 200's free, 100 Breast, 100 Fast (1:01 - Not bad considering a push off the side)
3700 Yards Total
