This morning I planned on only swimming 1000 yards or so. It was tough to hold back:
200 Free warmup
800 - 2 x (4 x 100's descending (1:20, 1:15, 1:10, 1:07) on 2:00
100 breast
1100 Yards total
Getting really excited for this Saturday's swim!
