Today is my anniversary. Cathi was so tired this morning, I asked her if she wanted to swim, but she didn't budge. She was so tired. She has a big job watching after the kids, and she also runs alot so she is tired. Last Saturday she ran over four hours. So I didn't get on her case. I let her sleep while I went to swim:
1000 - Warmup
800 - 2 x 400 IM's First 400 kick IM, second normal
200 - 200 Free Drill (100 fingertip drag, 100 touch and pull)
1000 - Free (500 split = 6:47, 825 split = 11:17, 1000 = 13:38)
600 - 6 x 100's free descending on 2:00 (1:30, 1:20, 1:17, 1:12, 1:07, 1:10)
3600 Yards Total
