This morning I was in the water at about 8:15 and did the following:
Warmup:
- 400 Easy
- 400 IM
Main Set:
- 8 x 75's Rolling IM
- 6 x 100's Pull Descending 1-3 on 1:45
- 800 Snorkely Free
- 2 x (200 IM, 200 Kick with fins)
- 6 x 50's fast Build on 1:00
Cooldown:
- 100 Easy, 25 Underwater, 50 free easy, 25 Underwater, 50 free easy, 50 Grandpa swimming
4,200 yards total
My right shoulder was giving me grief near the end of the workout. Make me worried that I might more chronic pain with the rotator cuff. Glad I'm not gunning for a big swim. Might have to cut my yards down a bit to like 3,600 on a typical day. We'll see. Need to keep an eye on that. I don't want to have to go in for another round of surgery unless I absolutely have to.
